As we enter a temporary state of a “new normal’ the health and safety of my family, my clients and my community is very important to me. All of us at 8z want to be responsible and do our part to protect our communities and work to flatten the curve of the COVID-19 virus.
My new business is focusing heavily on listing properties effectively online with extensive targeted marketing and smart ads as well as partnerships with syndicated online real estate sites. I want to show your home safely to as many buyers as possible in this current market, keeping those who are most at risk safe while still bringing top dollar for your home.
For clients who are currently shopping for a home, I am working to pre-screen any homes by first conducting a virtual showing and confirming that the home is a strong fit for them. A virtual showing can include: Sending all digital content to the buyer, photos, and any videos provided by the listing agent. In many cases, I can also contact the listing agent to request an additional walk through video with specific viewing requests, and or request that the listing agent conducts a virtual showing by face time with me and my clients. In-person showings are being conducted with special considerations for health and safety.
